Nicole Pease – Operations Manager

Megan Jonson - Tasting Room Manager

Megan grew up on her family’s grape-growing farm located in the Clarksburg AVA. Her viticulture exposure developed Megan’s initial interest and passion for wine and the wine industry. Edgar Torres – Assistant Winemaker

Edgar was raised in Cambria, CA since the age of 8. He fell in love with wine while working as a waiter at Villa Creek restaurant in Paso Robles in his early 20s. His first exposure to the production side of wine making was as an intern at Garreston Wine Co. in Paso, from 2002 to 2005. Adrian Perez - Cellar Master

Adrian grew up in San Luis Obispo, CA and went on to earn a B.S. in Microbiology from U.C. Santa Barbara. Not ready or willing to devote a life to a lab or research, he found a passion for food and wine accidentally through work at Trader Joe’s.
